Dopamine runs the show when it comes to decision-making.

It pushes us toward choices based on expected rewards, be it an experience, an object, or a feeling.

Novelty & surprises = dopamine boost.
Routine & easy access = dopamine drop.

Did you know?

Low dopamine is linked to Parkinson’s, while too much is linked to Schizophrenia.

Dopamine fuels addictions—spiking temporarily, then fading, leaving us chasing the next hit.

Too much = addiction & compulsive behaviors.

Too little = lack of motivation, low energy, & inability to feel pleasure.

Balance is key!

When balanced, it helps us focus & take action. But too much? It can hijack your brain. Stay aware, stay in control.
