How do you deal with your anger?

When you are angry, ask your anger, who is it protecting? Behind anger there is a vulnerability or hurt part of you. Supporting the part that is hurt will help you deal with inadequate anger. However, sometimes anger is about protecting your boundaries and if used adequately it can be constructive. And sometimes anger is about the victim mentality and unwillingness to take responsibility for one’s life, so people tend to be angry with others and blame them.
